KidTripster’s in the kitchen, trying out a recipe straight outta Disney Parks.
You can now make a popular Disney dessert in your very own home. “The Grey Stuff” is a treat served at Disney Parks. We like to order it when visiting the Be Our Guest restaurant at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. While not quite the same as the one served at the theme parks, the at-home version is a solid stand in when you’re missing the real thing.
Requiring just seven ingredients, The Grey Stuff’s pretty easy to make. Keep it simple by buying premade sugar cookies. If you don’t have a piping bag, you can use a zip top bag as a substitute.
Watch as KidTripster Tween, Eliza, makes the recipe, creating some #DisneyMagicMoments while doing it. Consider making a night of it by eating it while watching Beauty and the Beast. We enjoy both the animated classic and the live action version.

So ours didn’t look exactly like the Disney treat as evidenced by the photo below, but that’s ok. It still tasted pretty good.

Like Eliza’s look in the video? You can buy the apron from Amazon for about $14. We got the polka-dot ears at Walt Disney World, but you can also purchase them online at Shop Disney for $29.99.
